About the event
February invites participants to soften their relationship with themselves. As winter lingers, this session focuses on inner dialogue, the voices that shape how we respond to challenge, stress, and uncertainty. Rather than trying to silence self-criticism, participants explore how to meet it with curiosity and compassion.
Through guided reflection and applied theatre practices, participants identify and externalize different inner voices, recognize their protective roles, and practice choosing more supportive internal responses. Embodied exercises help participants experience what it feels like to turn toward compassion rather than judgment, strengthening emotional regulation, self-trust, and resilience.
Outcomes:
Increase self-compassion and emotional awareness
Reduce the impact of harsh inner criticism
Strengthen resilience through supportive inner dialogue
