About the event
We all carry stories.
Some are big, defining moments. Others are quiet memories that have stayed with us for reasons we may not fully understand.
The Stories We Carry is a Lighthouse Series workshop that helps participants slow down, notice the stories already in their lives, and begin giving those experiences shape.
Inspired by the story-development process behind Lifeline Productions' Baggage Claim, this workshop explores how a memory becomes a story through specificity, reflection, emotional truth, and choice.
Through guided writing, conversation, storytelling exercises, and gentle applied theatre practices, participants will explore questions such as:
