Courage, Choice & Agency

Courage does not always look bold or dramatic. Sometimes, it looks like pausing, noticing what is true, and making the next choice with intention.

This Lighthouse Series workshop invites participants to explore courage as an everyday practice of agency...especially during moments of uncertainty, indecision, or feeling stuck. Through guided reflection and applied theatre exercises, we’ll create space to recognize options, interrupt automatic patterns, and choose from alignment rather than fear or habit.

Together, we’ll explore how even small choices can help restore a sense of authorship, empowerment, and clarity. Participants will leave with practical insight into how to respond more thoughtfully to change and trust themselves more fully in the process. This session is welcoming and accessible to all. No prior experience with theater, mindfulness, or creative practice is needed...just come as you are.
